An introductory page that gets you up to speed on niyase's overview, how to get started, and the main menus in five minutes.

What is niyase

niyase is a business management tool you can use regardless of size or industry. It handles business-entity information, HR, attendance, payroll, accounting, financial close, and tax in a single app.

Main features:

  • The same data everywhere: supports Web (cloud) / desktop (Electron) / mobile (iOS / Android). Spaces with cloud sync turned ON show the same content on every device
  • All features even offline: the desktop and mobile versions run all features locally without using cloud sync (the encrypted DB on the device is the source of truth)
  • Expandable with plugins: you can add business-specific features to the core features (managing information essential to paying taxes) through plugins

You can handle the same data in any form (only for spaces with cloud sync ON).

STEP 2: Create a space

You create a space on first launch. There is one space per business entity (corporation / sole proprietorship). For details, see Spaces.

STEP 3: Check the menus you need

Open the menus you want to use from the sidebar. Below are representative core menus:
