Pricing Plans

The differences between FREE / PRO / PREMIUM / ENTERPRISE, the per-space billing model, payment methods, and the plan-change flow.

The only difference between PRO and PREMIUM is the usage limits (API and storage) — there is no difference in features or support. All features are available on every plan. The path is: as your headcount grows and you exceed the limits, move to PREMIUM; if you have further special requirements, move to ENTERPRISE.

Even if you exceed the API limit, no usage-based charges apply. Gradual throttling (delays) keeps your operations from stopping.

FREE vs. Cloud Plans

  • FREE: Local use that stays within your device. All desktop / mobile features are available for free (no cloud sync).
  • PRO and above: Cloud sync, multiple devices, and collaborative editing as a team. Making a space a "cloud space" makes it billable.

There is no free cloud plan. Based on the beneficiary-pays principle of charging only for your use of niyase's servers, the minimum amount for cloud use is PRO ¥780 / space / month.

Billing Is Per Space

  • The billing unit is the space. The number of accounts and members is free and unlimited
  • Only the OWNER of each space is billed. Invited members pay ¥0
  • You can choose a different plan for each space (Space A on PRO, Space B on PREMIUM, etc.)
  • Your monthly charge = the sum of the plan prices for all spaces (business + personal) you own as OWNER

Business Spaces and Personal Spaces

  • A personal space (up to one per account) uses the same pricing model
  • If you cloud-sync both a business and a personal space, the maximum is ¥1,560 / month (PRO × 2)

Payment and Invoicing

  • Credit card (via Stripe)
  • Invoices and receipts can be obtained from the Stripe portal
  • Monthly only. There are no annual-prepay discounts or coupons; everyone pays the same price
  • For ENTERPRISE, please consult us individually via sales (we can accommodate invoice-based payment, etc.)

There is no difference in support quality between PRO and PREMIUM. We do not offer chat support.

Changing Plans

You can change plans from Space settings → Plan.

  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, prorated
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of the period
  • Switch to FREE: Cloud sync turns OFF at the end of the period. Local data is retained
  • Change to ENTERPRISE / change limits: Via sales

Cancellation

Delete the entire space from Space settings → Delete, or change the plan to FREE.

  • Stripe billing is scheduled for cancellation at the end of the period
  • Recovery is possible within the 30-day soft-delete window

About the Beta Period

niyase is in its beta period.

  • During the beta period, there is no SLA (uptime guarantee)
  • As a rule, we do not provide refunds; in the event of a serious service-side outage, we compensate by extending the usage period
