Migrating Your Data (Import)
How to import Yayoi accounting data and bank statements into niyase, and how to take your data out (export).
Importing from Yayoi Accounting
niyase can import data from Yayoi accounting software.
Location: Accounting menu → "Yayoi Import" tab
- Prepare the file exported from Yayoi accounting
- Choose the period to import and upload the file
- Check the contents in the preview
- Number of transactions and opening balances to import
- Rows that may be duplicates
- Accounts that do not exist on the niyase side (unmapped)
- Error rows
- If everything looks fine, run "Import"
The import runs as a job, and you can track its progress (ready / running / completed, etc.). After completion, a breakdown of processed, skipped, and error items is shown, and you can review error rows individually.
Because you can always check the contents in the preview, your live data is never overwritten without warning. Unmapped accounts and errors can be identified before importing.
Importing Bank Statements
From the Accounting menu → "Bank Reconciliation", you can import bank statements and reconcile them against journal entries.
Migrating from freee and Other Services
Currently, Yayoi accounting and bank statements are supported. Migration from other services such as freee will be added over time.
Taking Your Data Out (Export)
You can export your niyase data at any time. You are never locked into a specific service.
- Space settings → Data Management → Export: CSV / Excel for each data type, and audit logs
- Financial statements (income statement, balance sheet) as PDF and XBRL
For details, see also Backup and Restore.
